Regina will guide a beginner-friendly set to help us transmute our wounded inner parts (Chiron) through the power of sound vibration and mantra (Mercury), creating something beautiful and self-soothing (Venus) that anchors us more deeply in our own presence and power (Aries).

Expect a full Kundalini Yoga Kriya followed by a meditation.
