Circle will serve as a container for rich connection, and an opportunity to gain conscious awareness around the autopilot ways in which we are relating to others that may be getting in the way of the kind of connection we truly want, and learn about healthier models of relating to apply to our relationships and strengthen our social bonds.

Together, we will explore models such as the drama triangle, attachment theory and nonviolent communication to name a few, and integrate what we learn by practicing with each other, how we would like to bring healthier ways of relating out into the world.
