Mantra Meditation with Sara Webb




Mantra meditation is a powerful tool for invoking in peace, success, health, and gratitude. The voice is a powerful tool to move energy and set the tone for deep meditative states. Come immerse yourself in this meditative experience. When we chant mantras, we invest in our healing through the meditative states which naturally arise as a result of the literal vibrations emanating from our being.
*Recommendation to allow minimum 30 minutes after eating before engaging in chanting.*
Class will begin at 5:10 pm. Welcome to enter in quietly after the start time if needed, but please try and arrive on time.
