Come out and enjoy our terpene rich dinner party show casing fare from local providers! Enjoy a DIY slider bar, DIY taco bar and stir-fry cups with lots of locally grown ingredients with a focus on foods that can help with pain, anxiety and depression, and many other ailments.

We’ll then go on to our dessert bar with some custom homemade sweet treats from Calm Your Cookies. You can make your way through our Candyland themed dessert bar with flavors inspired by the names of cannabis strains high in beta caryophyllene (helps anti-inflammatory) and limonene (helps anxiety and depression), two of our favorite terpenes

All while we share some educational and helpful information on how you can use different terpene rich foods to help with anxiety, depression, pain, PTSD, and more.
<p>
We’ll even share how we made some of our dishes along with some ideas on how you can make them at home!
We’ll even have for sale some plant seedlings of some of the ingredients along with information on how you can grow them at home and use in your own cooking.

Then, with our bellies filled and our minds inspired, enjoy a chill and centering Sound Bath by Tina with Kai Total Wellness.
