There will be absolutely NO nudity, NO sexual energy, and NO sexual activity at this event! Only consensual platonic touch will be explored and strictly observed. Anyone who violates these guidelines will be asked to leave the space.

The Pleasure Buffet is a structured group "sensorium" experience where you are guided to ask for and receive what you want in the moment.
Some things you could ask for include:

Hearing words of affirmation

Emotional space-holding

We include a sovereignty and consent portion so that everyone feels truly safe.
<p>
We can only feel safe to receive if we know that our boundaries will be respected AND if we know how to ask for what we want, without being afraid, and without others feeling pressured to say yes!
The consent exercises will help us all practice expressing our "heaven yes"s, our "sacred no"s, and exploring the growth edges of all the maybes in between in this container of safety and trauma-informed support.

WHO'S FACILITATING?

REGINA GELFO is a somatic coach, Intimacy Coach, and Cuddle Curator who has been facilitating transformational events for over 10 years. Her specialty is helping people (even the most shy) feel safe and come out of their shell. Pleasure, Power, and Purpose are her medicines.

Myco Focal has been a dedicated student of authentic relating, embodiment, and spirituality at trainings, workshops, and gatherings across the country, and is a recognized contributor and leader at Burning Man, the Love Burn, the California Tantra Festival, Hulaween, Fireflies Forest, Sol y Luna, and ISTA. He has trained for 3 years and hundreds of hours of one-on-one instruction in ancient Vedic wisdom with the founder of The Relationship Insititute, Dr. Michael Dean Goodman Maheshwara (who worked directly for Maharishi and the Transcendental Meditation organization for over 50 years!) Myco has lived in St Pete for 10 years and is both elated and honored to finally be serving his community with all the knowledge and expansion that has transformed his life from debilitating clinical depression to perpetual expansion, peace, and bliss! Myco believes if he can make that shift then ANYONE can, and is determined to share all of that upliftment!
