Soul Contact-Contact Jam

Date: Saturday the 10th: 12pm-3pm
About: Get close and comfortable with the concept of contact dancing. Whether that is with the floor, or with a partner or two, or three, or more!
<p>
The contact jam will start out with a workshop from 12pm-12:30pm covering: non verbal communication, movement, and weight sharing.
<p>
After the workshop we will lead a jam until 3pm to just explore the ever flowing concepts around contact dancing!
