Sun Day Holy Day

A weekly gathering honoring the unity and connection of life with the divine. Through intention, prayer, song and celebration, we will join together and uplift ourselves, nourishing the sacred bond we have to the all.

Each week will begin with grounding exercises, establishing presence with ourselves and our container. We will construct an alter including all sacred paths and dieties. All beings of love and light are welcome to be represented on the altar. Then we will ground into the space Integrating breath, yoga, accupressure and chi gong.

Next we will read together particular excerpts from great works of non-fiction, where passages and readings can be reccommend for the following and upcoming gatherings. Renowned self help authors such as Dale Carnegie, Wallace D. Wattles, Napoleon Hill, as well as sacred texts. This is a non denominational gathering honoring all ways of worship.

Finally, we will sing together sacred songs, also compiled through community suggestion and teach them to one another. Through intention, we will amplify the energy of our singing to uplift our surroundings, neighborhood and planet. Instruments are welcome!

If you're in a place of needing to recieve, we also welcome you to join this event with no expectation of contribution. This event is open and welcoming of all.
