<p>About the Facilitator</p>
<p>Rachael Matthews is an intuitive, Florida based, 200hr RYT with a background in Dance and teaching martial arts. She studied and became certified to teach at Amrit Yoga Institute, an Ashram located in the heart of the Ocala National Forest. She has been certified in Hatha and Yin styles of yoga. Passionate about sharing this transformative practice with as many people as possible, she created her business Yoga On Your Time; A private yoga business dedicated to help students create a solid at home practice routine that is taylored to each individual and their schedule. Rachael Has now added a hands on assisted PNF stretch certification, and a Yin Yoga teacher certification to her tool belt.</p>
