This twice/monthly gathering meets every 1st and 3rd Sunday.
<p>
You are welcomed to return home to yourself again and again.
Step away from the everyday responsibilities for others and receive the nutrient richness of your own essence in a sincere and compassionate container of sisterhood. You'll have a chance to share and connect what's on your heart and be held amongst your sisterhood. You may come to listen, you may come to be heard, you may ask for support if it is needed, or offer support if you are well resourced. All women are welcome.

In these gatherings your facilitator may invite you into a guided meditation, prayer &/or practicable skill building. First and foremost, the invitation is for you to welcome all of yourself home in your body, in your being! Coming home to yourself, invites others to bravely step into their truth as well. Creating a space that is deeply honest, loving, full of trust and connection.

What to expect:

2:00-2:15- Timely Opening Circle

2:15-3:00- Share circle
<p>
3:00-3:30- Meditation, Prayer, Embodiment Practice or Practicable Skill Building

3:30-3:45- Ask for Support and/or Share Resources
<p>
3:45-4:00- Time to Celebrate!

We offer scaled pricing so that more folks can join the experience, supported by the community & those who have access to more than enough resources. In this way, we work towards economic & class justice on a local level. Your generosity will be returned by the valuable company of those who benefit.

Melissa Elizabeth Mascaro founded The Heart Temple in 2015. She is a Reiki Master, Licensed Massage Therapist, Speaker, Somatic Educator, Soulful Life Coach and Ordained Ministress.
As a speaker and facilitator for 1:1, Couples and Group mentorship, she helps to expand awareness and resiliency within the human mind, heart and nervous system, fostering folks to dissolve old patterns and transmute outdated beliefs in order to live current with their extraordinary nature of being, leaving space for imagining life beyond our current reality.
