Join us for a transformative self-care experience at our upcoming Reiki Share and Sound Bath Journey. This gathering welcomes both newcomers and seasoned practitioners to explore the profound benefits of Reiki and sound healing.
We begin by releasing burdens through our Letting Go Basket, followed by the invigorating scent of orange peel aromatherapy to deepen our meditation. Each participant will receive a personal set of healing crystals to set their "I AM" intentions, guiding us into a shared session of meditation, Reiki, and sound bath healing. The sound bath will include an angel harp, crystal singing bowls, and other vibrational instruments for meditation and healing during the Reiki Share.
Meditation cushions and some chairs will be provided, but we suggest you bring your own chair or whatever you need to be comfortable for this experience.

About Brenda Griesheimer
Brenda Griesheimer is a certified Reiki Master trained in the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho method. Her Reiki journey began in 2015 under the mentorship of Dr. Alison J. Kay, PhD, who studied and practiced in Asia for a decade. Brenda is certified in all three levels of Reiki, receiving four attunements at each level, and her lineage is just seven removed from Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki.
Brenda’s passion is to provide others with tools, tips, and techniques to live a healthy and joyful life. She believes that everyone has the potential to heal and transform, and she is dedicated to guiding others toward peace, clarity, and well-being.
