THE JOURNEY
6pm | Community Connection Time
Take this sacred time to settle into the warmth of this vibrant community, grounding yourself in the energy of connection before we embark on an epic journey together. The bar will be offering heart-opening cacao and other conscious elixirs.
7pm | Chapter 1 | Sacred Cacao Ceremony
Our journey begins with a cacao ceremony held with the intention to honor the courageous choices, triumphs, and lessons that shaped our path this year and celebrate the resilience and growth that have brought us to this moment. With the sacred medicine of cacao nourishing our spirits, we’ll step boldly into the possibilities of 2025, embodying the empowered versions of ourselves we are destined to become.
Come ready to deep dive into the essence of your journey, integrating the wisdom and stepping forward into expansion.
7:30pm | Chapter 2 | Powerful Kirtan Journey
The second chapter of the journey is an adventure beyond the mind and into the boundless expanse of the heart. Through a musical journey led by the Sacred City Band, we’ll immerse ourselves in the powerful vibrations of mantra singing, unlocking the sacred portal within to reconnect with the essence of who we truly are.
Prepare to awaken to more of the radiant magic that lives within you, as each repetition of the mantras becomes a bridge to deeper self-discovery and truth.
This is a spiritually open and profoundly welcoming experience and no prior experience is needed to engage in this practice of authentic expression.
9pm-1am | Chapter 3 | Epic Dance Celebration
Our night culminates with a high energy dance celebration first with a collaboration between Meeshy and Medicine Muse, then DEVA RUNA of Bird Tribe and RUBY CHASE will take us on an epic ride into the new year expansion portal. Our iconic lineup of magical musical muses are ready to create an epic ceremonial space of activation, blasting us into the cosmos and grounding us back into 2025 ready for the next powerful chapters in our lives. Come ready to go on a deeply sacred and wildly expansive ride. This is a safe and accepting space for you to express yourself freely and move however you feel called to move.

THE GUIDANCE
What is the flow for the night?
Doors open at 6pm to connect with community and settle in before we begin our journey together. Cacao Ceremony starts at 7pm. Kirtan starts with the Sacred City Band at 7:30pm. Dance begins 9pm in the outside area of the venue. Meeshy and Medicine Muse will be collabing on a set at 9pm. Deva Runa from Bird Tribe will invite us into an epic experience at 10pm. Ruby Chase will take us into the new year with a potent journey from 11pm to 1am.
What does sober mean for this event?
At Sacred City experiences, sober means no alcohol, drugs, or psychedelics. We honor that medicine comes in many forms. With that being said, we ask that you honor the sober nature of this container. This is the vibe of Sacred City events.
What will the food be like?
There will be organic, gluten-free, dairy-free ingredients making up the meals served all night for $11 a plate.
What are the parking options?
Parking is available along 1st Ave N, in the neighborhood behind the venue, as well as in the big fenced in parking lot under the freeway. The big parking lot is a paid lot. We believe the fee is under $10 to park there.
Can kids come?
Kids can absolutely come if they are supervised 100% of the time or are responsbile enough to not need supervision.

Together, we journey in ceremony to remember more of who we are, step into initiation retreats to embody more of who we are, and gather in celebration to rejoice the magic that is created from embracing the meaningful adventure of an authentic life.

Please only join us if these feel in full alignment and you are fully committed to embodying each one at Camp. With that being said, Sacred City does not believe this is how all experiences must be in the world, we just enjoy this particular type of container for our events. With reverence and love, we encourage anyone to opt in if they want to try it on, or opt out if it doesn't feel aligned.
