Join us weekly every Wednesday 6:45 - 7:45 pm for Community Hatha Yoga!
Taught by Michelle Marple, This slow-flow class is designed to calm the nervous system by linking breath to movement. We will focus heavily on breathing and tuning inward. This class will include traditional Hatha yoga and yoga therapy techniques to settle a busy mind. After exploring movement for most of the class, enjoy a yoga nidra meditation and Shavasana to leave you feeling calm and peaceful to tackle the remainder of your week.
