Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice to tap into your own source of vitality, love and creativity within. It is an ancient technology that works with the nervous system, electromagnetic field, and glandular system to create synergistic effects that strengthen the body and alchemize energy blocks for healing, creativity and expanded consciousness.

Kundalini yoga is based on kriyas, specific sequences of asana, breathwork, meditation, and mantra. Each kriya is a complete action stimulating a shift in the physical, emotional, mental and energetic bodies. Each class offers a new experience, with a range of intensity depending on the kriya.

All classes are accessible for beginner to advanced students, with modifications offered to meet each individuals needs. Every class includes a gong bath for relaxation and recalibration.

Gong Sound Healing Therapy accelerates your natural healing capacity, restoring equilibrium and balance in all aspects of self: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Ananda has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for 20 years and has been teaching since 2006. Her classes offer a deep understanding of the teachings through her lived experience. She is passionate about sharing these fundamental aspects of the practice:
